If I just met the chick and think she sexy. We get to talking and she drops that on me ....... I might have to keep it moving ......

Now if I knew honey for a long time and we're really feeling each other when she drops that news on me ......... I'd go with her and we'll both get tested to see what's really good .....if everything turns out good, i'll go in ....... if not, i'll stay friends ...... but no touchy
