damn...it feels like he's been in longer than 8 years while Diddy been poppin bubbly and throwin white parties.Jamal Barrow aka Shyne may be coming home as soon as April after serving 8 years of a 10 year sentence.
On June 1, 2001, Shyne was convicted of first degree assault and reckless endangerment for the infamous December 27, 1999 shooting at Club New York. Shyne has a parole hearing in June but could be released at least two months prior to that depending on certain conditions.
"We're hoping for April," said Shyne's lawyer Oscar Michelen.
Shyne is currently being held in the Woodbourne Correctional Facility in Sullivan County, New York.
