Busta Rhymes Announces Date For B.O.M.B.


New album from Busta Rhymes due December 9th.


After reports about Busta Rhymes leaving Aftermath/Interscope have been confirmed.

“Me and Dre are still good,” Busta said in a statement. “So even though I’m not in business with Aftermath or Interscope, I’m still with Aftermath. Me and Dre are always gonna be good.”

Busta thanked his former boss for dropping two music videos for the songs “We Made It” and “Don’t Touch Me (Throw Da Water On ‘Em).”

“Big up to Interscope for, you know, giving me the leaked joints and the set-ups,” he sarcastically added. “Now we gonna consider those the leaked joints.”

Originally titled "Blessed", Busta announced a new upcoming album.

“The name of the album is called B.O.M.B. December 9th. Flipmode. Universal Motown," he said. "And B.O.M.B. is the acronym for ‘Back On My Bullsh*t.’ Yeah.”

The first single off "B.O.M.B. will be ‘Arab Money.’
