The photographer who captured the despicable NY Post subway photo of a man about to be killed by an oncoming subway car defended himself, saying that he had no chance to help the man out of the subway tracks where he had been pushed. The disgraced photographer took 49 photos of the NY Post subway victim before the train hit.
