T.I.’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle officially has no more worries about heading to the pen lingering over her head — the drug possession case against her has been dismissed.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s office tells TMZ the case was dropped because Tiny completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia.

The D.A. dropped the case against T.I. since he was already headed back to prison … the arrest alone was enough to violate his federal probation.

T.I.’s wife Tiny confirms … the two were in a room together during regular visiting hours at Arkansas State Prison when Tiny’s hands disappeared from plain view of the Visiting Room staff.

According to prison guidelines, inmates are allowed to kiss and embrace at the beginning and at the end of a visit as well as hold hands — but “the inmate’s hands must remain in plain view of Visiting Room staff at all times.”
