B.G. Potentially Facing Up To 40 YEARS IN PRISON!!

Rapper B.G. is facing up to 40 years in prison after guilty plea!

On Wednesday morning (December 7) New Orleans rapper B.G. (born Christopher Dorsey) plead guilty to felony weapons possession charges stemming from a 2009 arrest. The former Hot Boys member was arrested after he and his friends were pulled over for a traffic violation, and police found guns in the car. Yesterday B.G. admitted that some of the guns belonged to him.

According to Nola.com, the 31-year-old rapper—who was a convinced felon at the time of his rest—plead guilty to being in possession of a firearm and witness tampering. He admitted that he had conspired with one of the other passengers, Demounde Pollard to claim false ownership of the guns.

B.G. could potentially face up to 40 years in prison for his crime. Prosecutors have continued to build their case around the rapper, linking him to other notorious criminals in New Orleans. Footage of B.G. voicing support for a convicted killer, Telly Hankton, has been used as part of their case.

B.G. is set to be sentenced on on March 14.

Lil Boosie Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges, Sentenced To 8 Yrs!

Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie arrived at district court Tuesday morning for a pre-trial motion and ended up pleading guilty to drug charges.

Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiring to bring drugs into a penal institution. Judge Mike Erwin sentenced him to eight years in prison.

Lil Boosie is also charged with first-degree murder in the death of Terry Boyd.

The murder trial to begin April 30.

Officers discovered $46,000 cash, three guns and more than 5 oz. of marijuana in the rented vehicle.

T.I. Uncaged From Prison Again — Back In Halfway House! (9-15-11)

The King is a few steps closer to once again being a free man! T.I. is back out of prison again after being sent back for traveling to Arkansas on a tour bus!

T.I. has just returned to a halfway house to complete his prison sentence — this after he was yanked out of the halfway house last week and returned to prison.

T.I. Being Targeted By Prison Officials?

T.I.’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, releasesd the following statement, “We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”

Sadow adds, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.”

Gucci Mane Headed Back To Prison!

There’s nothing new here folks — Gucci Mane is headed back to his second home… prison. SMH!

Authorities in suburban Atlanta say rapper Gucci Mane will serve six months in jail after pleading guilty to battery and other charges.

DeKalb County Solicitor-General Sherry Boston said Tuesday that Mane, whose real name is Radric Delantic Davis, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct.

A police report said Davis pushed 36-year-old Diana Graham out of his Hummer as it rolled down a suburban Atlanta street on Jan. 28.

State Court Judge Eleanor Ross sentenced the rapper to serve six months in custody followed by several months on probation.

The judge also ordered him to complete 12 weeks of anger management classes; pay $5,091 in restitution to the woman for her medical bills; and pay a $3,000 fine.
